Full Description
A rectilinear hollow is visible as earthworks on lidar to the north west of Dairy Cottages, Encombe House (1). It is considered likely to be a quarry or clay pit of post medieval date. The feature was digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
