Linear ditches are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of The Moors, Arne (1). They are considered likely to be the remains of post medieval trackways associated with extractive activites in this area. These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project. They still partially visible on the most recent Google Earth imagery.
