Full Description
An area of trackways, which may be post medieval or early modern in date, are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of 1946 on Godlingston Heath, to the north of Dean Hill. The trackways are formed of linear ditches, predominantly oriented north-south and north west-south east. They are visible over an area measuring approximately 360 m by 300 m. (1-2) These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
