Full Description

Two possible Second World War gun emplacements, with slit trenches and other earthworks around, are visible as earthworks and structures on aerial photographs of 1945 and 1951 on Godlingston Heath to the west of Studland. The earthworks and structures are visible over an area measuring approximately 150 m by 75 m. (1-2) These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
