Full Description
An area of Second World War training trenches are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of 1946 on Godlingston Hill. The trenches are visible over an area measuring approximately 110 m by 25 m. The earthworks consist of two sections of zig-zag trenches. (1-2) These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
