Full Description
A possible hollow way, which may be medieval or post medieval in date, is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs of 1946 and the 2000s to the south east of Greyseed Farm. The possible hollow way is oriented east-west and is formed of a linear ditch, measuring approximately 300 m in length and up to 13 m in width. The line of the hollow way continues into an extant road, which may suggest that it is later in date. (1-3) These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
