Three small hollows are visible as cropmarks and low earthworks on aerial photographs to the south of the B3069 east of Kingston Village. They are considered to be small-scale limestone quarry dating to the 19th century. (1). The features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
