Full Description
A linear series of small extractive pits are visible as earthworks on lidar to the south west of Swanworth Quarry along the northern edge of Hill Bottom. They are considered to be small-scale limestone quarries(1). The features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
