Full Description
An area of field boundaries of possible later prehistoric date are vsible as low earthworks on aerial photographs of 1947 and partially survive as earthworks on lidar imagery of 2010 to the north of Eweleaze Farm, Tincleton. The features consist of banks in a cross shape with a curving bank and ditch continuing to the north west. They are visible over an area measuring approximately 390 m by 310 m. (1) This feature was digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
