Full Description
A group of four circular hollows are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of a field to the east of Gore Heath, Wareham St Martin (1-3). They are considered likely to be the remains of Second World War bomb craters. This feature was digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project. They are not visible on the most recent comprehensive aerial images available to the project.
