Two pits and an associated trackway are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of fields to the north of Bere Farm, Lytchett Minster (1). They are considered likely to be the remains of post medieval extractive pits. This feature was digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project. It is not visible on the most recent comprehensive aerial photographs avavilable to the project.
