Three rectilinear structures, a pit and a rectilinear hollow are visible on aerial photographs of Mill Bog, Morden (1). It is considered likely these could be the remains of building platforms and earthworks associated with Second World War military activity in this area. These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project. They are not visible on the most recent comprehensive aerial images available tot he project, this area now being under woodland.
