A subcircular mound, 29m across, is visible as low earthworks on lidar to the north-west of Woodman's Cross, Wool. Whilst it is potentially the site of a Bronze Age barrow it is more likely to be a post medieval spoil heap.

A subcircular mound, 29m across, is visible as low earthworks on lidar to the north-west of Woodman's Cross, Wool. Whilst it is potentially the site of a Bronze Age barrow it is more likely to be a post medieval spoil heap (1). The site was digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
