Full Description

A Bronze Age bowl barrow, part of the Culliford Tree barrow group, a linear group of barrows ranged along part of the Dorset Ridgeway. Listed by RCHME as Winterborne Came 22 and by Grinsell as Winterborne Came 24, it was recorded in 1979 during Ordnance Survey field investigation as a bowl barrow 21 metres in diameter and 1 metre high, in poor condition and with no visible surrounding ditch. <1-3>
