Full Description
A group of four pits are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs of fields to the north-east of Stokeford Farm (1-2). It is possible they could be associated with late prehistoric or historic activities in this area. Alternatively they may have a natural, geological origin. These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
