Full Description
(Centred ST 861226) An undatable wooden paddle, 3ft 5ins. Long, was discovered at a depth of about 20ft. During the sinking of a well in the backyard of Gregory Doyle's house (not located) at St. James's Street in 1826. ( 1) General reference Gents Mag Liby - Archaeology pt 1 1886 51-52 (G L Gomme)
