The remains of a post medieval rectilinear pound enclosure are visible as earthworks on Lidar imagery of Hyde Heath (1). The enclosure in its entirety is shown on the 1st and 2nd Edition OS Maps (2-3) and is referred to as 'Fox Pound'. This feature was digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
