A group of parallel linear ditches are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs (1) and Lidar imagery (2) of the fields surrounding Philliols Farm (1). They are considered likely to be the remains of post medieval cultivation marks or drainage ditches. These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
