Full Description
A rectilinear structure is visible on aerial photographs of Bincleaves Groyne taken in 1946 (1). It is considered possible this could be military building associated with Second World War activity in this area. Alternatively it could be related to post medieval or modern industrial or marine activities. This feature was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset). This structure is not visible on the most recent comprehensive aerial images available to the project.
