A linear bank is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs of Wyke Regis, taken in 1946 (1). The feature appears to respect the modern field pattern and is considered likely to be the site of a historic field boundary. This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset). It is not visible on the most recent comprehensive aerial images available to the project, this area now having been built over by modern development.
