Full Description
An area of medieval or post medieval strip fields is visible as earthworks on the 2nd edition OS map and aerial photographs of the 1940s to the east of Easton, Portland. The strip field boundaries are are oriented north-south and cover an area measuring approximately 365 m by 215 m. (1-2) This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
