Post medieval cultivation ridges are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of 1946 to the north of East Weare Batteries. The ridges may have been used for tree planting and are oriented south west-north east. They are visible over an area measuring approximately 95 m by 50 m. (1) This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
