Two Second World War bomb craters are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of the 1940s to the east of Sweet Hill, Southwell. The craters are sub-circular and measure up to 11 m in diameter. One crater is surrounded by a bank of spoil. (1-2) This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
