Full Description
Two Second World War bomb craters are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of the 1940s, to the south of DTEO Portland Bill. The craters are sub-circular measuring 7 m and 3 m in diameter, with banks of spoil around them. (1) This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
