Three 19th century to modern limestone quarries are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of the 1940s to the north of Weston Street. The quarries are visible over an area measuring approximately 160 m by 40 m. (1) The site is not visible as an earthwork on the most recent comprehensive aerial imagery available to the project. (2) This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
