Full Description
A series of military features dating to the Second World War are visible as extant structures and soil marks on aerial photographs taken in 1942 and 1948 in the vicinity of Bind Barrow, Burton Bradstock. The features include buildings, slit trenching and fox holes as well as dark linear features which may be the lines of defensive barbed wire obstructions. (1-2). The features were digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
