Full Description
A dark linear mark is visible on aerial photographs taken in 1942 running for over 1.1km from West Cliff north-eastwards and inland of Bridport Harbour. The feature is considered to be a barbed wire defence dating to the Second World War. (1). The features were digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
