Full Description
A line of Second World War anti-tank cubes are visible on aerial photographs taken in 1942 on East Beach to the east of Bridport Harbour. The cubes were removed soon after the end of the war (1). A darker line on the landward side of the cube may be an earlier barbed wire entanglemen (see MDO29613). The features were digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
