Full Description
A linear banked field boundary of probable post medieval origin is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs taken in 1942 to the east of Hewitt Road, Poole. (1) The linear runs north to south and measures approximately 45m by 4m. The site is not visible on the most recent comprehensive aerial imagery available to the project. (2/3) This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
