A Bronze Age bowl barrow visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs. It is part of a wider linear barrow cemetery.

Full Description

Four barrows, including an oval barrow, in NW-SE line across S-facing slope of low ridge running N.N.E. below the Ridgeway. All have been heavily ploughed. 'B'. Ditched bowl (70748620) 70 yds, SE of 'A'. Diameter 54ft, ploughed almost flat. <3>

The four barrows are situated in arable fields as follows: 'B' - SY 70748621. Diameter 15.0m. Height 0.3m. None of the four barrows shows any visible evidence of a ditch. 1:2500 Published surveys of 'A', 'C' and 'D' revised. 'B' surveyed at 1:2500 on M.S.D. <4>
