A small hollow, possibly the site of a post medieval quarry, is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs immediately to the south of Stonebarrow Lane, Stanton St Gabriel (1). The site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
