A line of Second World War anti-tank blocks are visible on the beach at Charmouth on aerial photographs taken in 1946 (1). These beach defences have since been removed, although two remaining pimples are recorded in MDO21728. They were digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
