A line of Second World War anti-tank blocks are visible at the east of Cobb Gate Beach, adjacent to Cobb Gate Jetty, on photographs taken in 1951 (1). These beach defences have since been removed. They were digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
