Linear and rectilinear banks are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of White Nothe cliff (1). They are similar in character to several other enclosures located nearby (MDO26285-86 & MDO29330) and are considered likely to be associated with post medieval activities in this area. These features were digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
