A curvilinear mound, 27m across, is visible as low earthworks on lidar. It lies in the vicinity of post medieval quarrying and is considered likely to be the site of an associated spoil heap although an earlier origin is possible. (1-2) . The site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
