Summary

One of three potential pillow mounds to the south of Eastington Farm, Worth Matravers. Only one has been scheduled the others being interpreted as terraces by the NMR.

Full Description

One of three potential pillow mounds visible as earthworks on lidar to the south of Eastington Farm, Worth Matravers (1-2). This mound is 19m long and is flanked by a ditch on it's northern side. It is the south-easternmost of the group of three. The other mounds are described separately in MDO8374 and 29204. Only one has been scheduled the others being interpreted as terraces by the NMR. The features were digitally recorded during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
