Full Description

A small rectilinear structure, 8m long, is visible on the cliff-top to the south of Eldon Seat on aerial photographs taken in 1945 (1). The site is considered to be a building platform and was digitally mapped as part of the the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset). It is no longer visible on the latest Google Earth imagery.
