Full Description

Four post medieval quarries are visible as earthworks on recent lidar imagery to the south of Belle Vue Farm, Swanage. The quarries are located on limestone and range in size, measuring between 11 m by 8 m and 95 m by 40 m. (1-2) This site was digitally plotted during the South west Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
