An area of medieval or post medieval ridge and furrow is visible on recent lidar imagery on Peveril Point to the east of Swanage. The earthworks consist of two areas of ridges oriented north-south and east-west, visible over an area measuring 165 m by 160 m. (1) This site was digitally plotted during the South west Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
