Full Description
Three dispersed post medieval or early modern field boundaries are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of 1946 to the north of Heath Green Road, Studland. Two of the boundaries are formed of banks and the third of a linear ditch. They are located within the current field boundaries and on the same alignment. The boundaries measure up to 55 m in length and are oriented east-west and north-south. (1) The site is not visible on the most recent comprehensive aerial imagery available to the project. (2) This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
