Three Second World War bomb craters are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of the 1940s to the west of Ballard Point, Studland. The craters are sub-circular and measure between 5 m and 7 m. They are surrounded by banks of spoil. (1) This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
