Full Description
A double line of Second World War anti tank cubes is visible as a structure on aerial photographs of 1945 at the southern end of the Double Dykes. The two parallel lines are aligned south west-north east and measure up to 20 m in length. The anti tank cubes are probably associated with the defences around the Chain Home radar site (see MD28870) immediately to the north. (1) This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
