A possible prehistoric field boundary is visible as a earthwork on aerial photographs of 1945 extending to the east from the Double Dykes. The boundary is visible as an angled bank measuring 130 m in total length. (1) The boundary is not visible on the most recent comprehensive aerial photography available to the project. (2) This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
