Two submerged circular features are visible on aerial photographs of Wareham Channel (1). It is possible they are the remains of bomb craters associated with Second World War activities in this area. Alternatively they could have a natural origin. They were digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
