Full Description
Two post medieval field boundaries are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of 1946 to the east of Brand's Point. A linear bank, with an associated bank to the west, extends to the north from SZ 02356 84742 for a distance of 305 m. A second boundary visible as a bank lies perpendicular to the first and measures 106 m in length. (1) This site is still faintly visible on the most recent comprehensive aerial imagery available to the project. (2) This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
