Full Description
An early modern building, probably a boat house, is visible as a structure on aerial photographs of 1951 to the south of Gravel Point in the intertidal on the mean high water mark. The building measures 9 m by 5 m. (1) The building is not visible on modern maps or the most recent comprehensive aerial imagery available to the project. (2) This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
