A possible modern pipeline is visible as an submerged structure on aerial photographs of 2008 extending to the south east from Branksea Castle, Brownsea Island. The possible pipeline is visible as a linear structure extending for a length of 60 m. (1) This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
