An area of Second World War bomb damage is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs of 1946 between Panorama Road and Salter Road. The site consists of an open area of damaged ground measuring approximately 65 m by 45 m. (1) The bomb damage is not visible on aerial photographs of 1941. (2) The area has now been built over. This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
