Full Description
A handwritten note on the old Dorset Sites and Monuments Record card notes crop-marks, character uncertain at SY 743 894, citing the Cambridge Collection AP List. Presumably the Cambridge University Collection of Aerial Photography (CUCAP). No further information is given on the SMR card but a CUCAP photograph taken on 4 July 1971 reference number BF 565 'Crop marks 1.5 miles NNE of West Knigton' is located at 374300, 089400 and is probably the photograph referred to.
