Full Description

A Second World War bomb crater is visible on aerial photographs of the 1940s between West Hill Road and St Michael's Road. The crater measures approximately 2 m in diameter and is surrounded by a bank of spoil. (1) The crater is not visible on the most recent comprehensive aerial imagery available to the project. (2) This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
